This intensive workshop series is a place for you to dive deeper into the varied and experimental techniques, genres, and conventions of musical theatre and chorus singing. We’ll move beyond the song formats we know and love to a more ‘freeform’ world of musical and lyrical possibilities with a focus on group support and experimentation. We’ll take a closer look at modern musical theatre styles and apply them to our singing, lyrics, staging, and scenework. You’ll also workshop your own ideas and build an improvised musical with and for this ensemble. The course builds towards 2 x stand alone 1 hr performances.

*Our musical improv courses are slightly more expensive than our regular programming because they are lead by two staff members simultaneously. The course will have 2 accompanists: Håvard Enstad & Joanna Kucharczyk

This 90€ payment is the non-refundable deposit for your course. The remaining payment is 200€ is due on the first day of class, or 4 instalments throughout the term (by previous arrangement with the school). Our workshops are for 18+ only.

Every student pays the same tuition regardless of attendance. Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations or drop-outs, so please consider carefully before booking.

Signing up is a commitment to taking the course and there are no make up classes. Please inform the teacher if you are unable to attend a class or are arriving late.
