Anything is possible in improv, and yet so many of our scenes end up looking the same. In this course, we break open the toolbox and find new and exciting ways to ideate, play, and present our scenes.See what happens when you playfully break the ‘rules’: asking questions, engaging in conflict, not taking turns, playing without platform…. turning your back to the audience! Let’s disassemble and re-examine some of the shortcuts we’ve come to rely on and see what new scenes lie on the other side.
We’ll cover: solo scenes and monologues, abstract scenes, group scenes and different ways to use the ensemble, playing with conflict, making things matter, beginnings and endings, and much more!

This 90€ payment is the non-refundable deposit for your course. The remaining payment is 200€ is due on the first day of class, or 4 instalments throughout the term (by previous arrangement with the school). Our workshops are for 18+ only.
Every student pays the same tuition regardless of attendance. Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations or drop-outs, so please consider carefully before booking.
Signing up is a commitment to taking the course and there are no make up classes. Please inform the teacher if you are unable to attend a class or are arriving late.
Didn’t register in time? Don’t fret, just email us to join our waiting list and you will be notified of any spots open. If enough people join the waiting list, a second class may be offered.
