The BIG Improv School has a unique tier structure which allows you to choose your own adventure, completing the classes that interest you most.
Start with Foundations of Improv and then work your way through a mixture of specialised short form and long form classes, helping you hone your improv skills at your own pace.
If you have previous improv experience, and want to know where to start, get in touch with us and we’ll find the perfect fit for you!
Tier 1
Start here! No prior experience required, we’ll take you through all the basics.
Tier 2
After foundations of improv, choose what interests you most from our tier 2 subjects. You will need to take 2 x tier 2 subjects before you can move on to tier 3.
Tier 3
In tier 3 you can hone long form, short form, or acting skills and start to put all the pieces together. You will need to take 2 x tier 3 subjects before you can move on to tier 4.
Tier 4
In tier 4 we go deeper into specific formats, feedback, other practices like clown, and private coaching
Musical Improv Courses
Our musical courses exist outside of our regular tier system. Anyone can take Sing Your Song. Long form musical requires having taken Sing Your Song & 2 x tier 2 courses.
