The theatre bar opens at 7:30pm, and the show begins promptly 8pm. Please note: seats are unreserved, so arriving early ensures the best spots. For the smoothest experience, the latest entry into the theatre is at 8:15pm. Guests arriving after this time will not be admitted, and their tickets will be forfeited to minimise disruption to the performance and other guests.
Thank you for your understanding that all ticket sales are final, and we’re unable to offer refunds or date changes, just like larger venues such as theatres, cinemas, and festivals. This policy is strictly enforced. However, you’re welcome to gift or resell your ticket to a friend or family member- just make sure they have the tickets.
