Foundations of Improvisation is designed for students who are curious about improv comedy and theatre, and those looking to expand on what they've learned in drop-in workshops. Improv is also great for those looking to meet people in a fun environment, to improve their confidence, public speaking skills, ability to work in a team effectively, and to create a more positive outlook on life. Build comfort and confidence to act and create in front of a live audience. Learn the building blocks to fabricate entire worlds from a kernel of an idea. Amaze your friends as you present complete, fun scenes off the top of your head, with stories and characters of your own creation. No experience required. A final performance will take place at the end of the course.
